Burning images from the Catalog Explorer |

The most powerful backup feature is by using the Catalog Explorer. There you can select one or more items that should be burned to disc. Selecting the items is identical to selecting items for search operations. So click the check boxes at the left of each item that you'd like to backup. These can be catalog labels, portfolios, galleries, collections, ratings, etc etc. After making your selection, then click the burn icon in the Catalog Explorer's mini toolbar.
Every selected item in the Catalog Explorer will be loaded to the Burner's design. Within the root of the Burner’s design, a folder will be created with the name of every selected item. All assigned images are loaded to that folder. Then for every sub item a new sub folder is created and here too all assigned images are loaded to this folder. This means that if you have one photo with multiple assigned labels that photo may be added multiple times to the Burner’s design in different folders, but only if these assigned labels are included in the backup. This is the way it is intended to work and it allows you to create a non optimized, but easily accessible disc of your images. This due to the redundancy.
In short; a quick way to backup a single catalog label: 1. Find the catalog label in the Catalog Explorer 2. Mark the label by clicking the selection box at the left of the catalog label's name 3. Click the burn button in the Catalog Explorer's mini-toolbar.
