An AVI-movie file, as created by IDimager, can be read by almost every movie editor. Therefore AVI is the most commonly used and transparent movie format. You can use your slide show movie to:

 

Burn your AVI to a CD

Because AVI is the most commonly used movie format, almost any computer can play it. Just burn the AVI movie on a CD and take the CD along with you to show to customers, friends, colleagues, or anyone else.

Create Flash files for the Web

Convert your slide show movie to a flash movie and publish it to the web using SWF Producer; included in CamStudio. Freeware by Rendersoft (http://www.rendersoftware.com)

Create streaming video files

Convert your slide show movie to a streaming movie, ready to be used on the web. Convert the AVI file using Media Encoder. Freeware by Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5691ba02-e496-465a-bba9-b2f1182cdf24&DisplayLang=en)

Create a (S)VCD movie

Burn your slide show movie directly to a VCD using your favorite burning software like Nero by Ahead (http://www.nero.com). Create a new VCD project in Nero and drag the AVI movie file to it. Nero will create a nice VCD of it, optionally with titles.

Create a DVD movie

Create a DVD movie of your slide show movie using your favorite DVD burning software like Nero by Ahead (http://www.nero.com). Or using any DVD authoring application.
